General Plan Pittsburg 2020: A Vision for the 21st Century

The General Plan establishes the vision and priorities of the City, and includes separate "elements" which guide development. The goals and policies within the Plan are implemented through the city's Zoning Ordinance, Capital Improvements Program (CIP), and subdivision and sign regulations.
