Notice is hereby given that the 30-day public review and comment period for the Mallard Slough 1 & 2 Solar Projects Initial Study and Mitigated Negative Declaration (ISMND) is now open. Links to the ISMND documents are provided below.

All comments must be received by 5:00 PM on Wednesday, June 22, 2016.

The Pittsburg Planning Commission is tentatively scheduled to consider a recommendation on the project to the City Council at a public hearing scheduled for July 12, 2016, at 7:00 PM, in the third floor Council Chamber at Pittsburg City Hall.

The ISMND does not signify approval or disapproval of this project by City decision-making bodies. The Planning Commission and City Council will consider the ISMND together with any comments received during the public review process to determine whether the project will have a significant impact on the environment.
