Contra Costa Water District Rebates and Coupons

Through our partnership with Contra Costa Water District (CCWD), Pittsburg Water customers are eligible for CCWD’s rebate offers. All of these programs are in place to assist customers used water efficiently, which supports our region’s water supply and environment.

The City of Pittsburg has a discounted monthly water usage rate for the first four (4) units of water consumed by:

• Low-income seniors of at least 62 years of age 

• All disabled citizens as established by the Social Security Administration Supplemental Income Program for the aged, blind and disabled with an annual household income not exceeding $11,640 (not including Social Security Income). Water Account must be in the applicant’s name.
