Struggling with Excel?
Opportunity Junction offers free classes open to all, teaching a variety of computer programs. The basic Excel class begins on Tuesday, November 2, 6-7:30 p.m., continuing on Tuesday nights through Feb. 8. On Monday, November 29, the Excel Brush-Up series begins, continuing on Monday nights through January 24; these classes will help those who know the basics of Excel to brush up their skills and transition to newer versions. The Pittsburg Chamber of Commerce & The City of Pittsburg Rally together to support
Contra Costa County’s Food Bank.
The Contra Costa County Food bank has been hit hard by the economic conditions. I know we all can relate to these conditions, so its important for everyone to support those who are hit worst during this holiday season and throughout the rest of the year.
Remember to check the expiration dates on food packages brought in.
Collection Barrels for the food drive will be located in the Pittsburg Chamber of Commerces’ Lobby, Pittsburg City Hall, FloorMaster of Pittsburg, Pittsburg Historical Museum, Woodland Hill Apartments, East Bay Karate Do, and Hillview Jr. High School. Call us at 925-432-7301.
