Liberty Residential Subdivision Phase II, AP-21-1599 (GP, RZ, SUBD, DR)
This is an application filed by Louis Parsons of Discovery Builders, Inc., requesting approval of: 1) a General Plan map amendment to change the site’s land use designation from ‘Low Density Residential’ to ‘Medium Density Residential,’ 2) a Zoning map amendment to rezone the site from RS-5 (Residential Single Family, 5,000 Square Foot Minimum Lot Size) to PD (Planned Development), 3) a major subdivision/vesting tentative map to subdivide the parcel into 17 lots for single-family residential development and 4) design review on a 1.8-acre site located at 360 Central Avenue. The project is statutorily exempt from the requirements of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) under Section 15182 (Projects Pursuant to a Specific Plan) of the CEQA Guidelines.
Sri Guru Ravidass Temple Modifications, AP-22-0037 (DR)
This is an application filed by Ramesh Suman, on behalf of Sri Guru Ravidass Temple, requesting design review approval for the installation of the following: 1) one 280 square foot attached outdoor patio on the southern elevation; 2) one 2,288 square foot veranda on the eastern elevation; 3) eight turrets with heights ranging between 26 to 42 feet tall; and, 4) a domed roof with the maximum height of 50 feet tall on the existing building located at 2120 Crestview Drive, in the GQ (Governmental Quasipublic) District.
