• Discovery Homes Dream Courts, AP-21-1528 (DR, SE). This is an application filed by Louis Parsons of Discovery Builders requesting approval of design review of plans to construct a 40,697-square-foot basketball court facility and a sign exception for the project at John Henry Johnson Park located at 790 W.
