Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of the City of Pittsburg will conduct a public meeting on December 14, 2021 at 7:00 PM concerning the following items:  

• Dalé Vino Wine Bar and Restaurant, AP-21-1594 (UP, OD). This is an application filed by Tara Sanders, requesting use permit and outdoor dining permit approval to establish a Wine Bar and Restaurant with Live Entertainment within an existing City owned property. The project will include a 1,662 square feet indoor eating area, 404 square feet of outdoor eating area, 58 square foot office space, and wine display area at 51 Marina Boulevard in the Marine Commercial District/Commercial Waterfront (CW). Assessor Parcel No. 085-071-044.

• Valero C-Store, AP-21-1572 (UP, DR). This is an application filed by Mel Higginbotham, requesting use permit and design review approval of plans to demolish the existing 300 square foot kiosk building, reduce the length of the existing fuel island canopy from approximately 2,000 square feet to 1,400 square feet, remove two fuel pump dispensers (while maintaining the service station with four remaining fuel pump dispensers), and construct a new 1,600 square foot commercial convenience store, at 1005 Railroad Avenue, in the CS-D (Downtown Service Commercial) District.
