All the vendors are requested to go through the above two documents, as these two documents provides additional information/clarifications about the RFP.

Please also note the revised submittal requirement, which is as follows :

"In the spirit of conservation efforts, City is hereby modifying the submission requirement at A.13.1 to :  ONE (1) Hard copy (in Binder) of the entire proposal and ONE (1) electronic version on a flash drive."
