ASAP Towing Services, AP 22-0056 (UP)

This is an application filed by Ivis Ferrera, owner of ASAP Towing, LLC, requesting approval of a Use Permit to establish a towing services business within a 2,200-square foot (sq. ft.) space (Suite E) within an existing, 9,440 sq. ft. commercial warehouse located at 660 Garcia Avenue. The property is in the IP (Industrial Park) District. Assessor’s Parcel No. 088-392-008.

Environmental Determination: The project is categorically exempt from the requirements of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) under Class 1, “Existing Facilities,” of the CEQA Guidelines, section 15301.
