• New Destiny Church Daycare Expansion, AP-20-1526 (UP, DR)
  This is a public hearing on an application by Crystal Smith of New Destiny Church requesting: 1) Planning Commission approval of a use permit to operate a daycare for up to 75 children within an existing 28,600 square-foot building; and 2) design review approval to construct a new exterior playground area on the New Destiny Church site located at 1411 E. Leland Road. The project site consists of approximately 3.39 acres and is zoned Community Commercial (CC), APNs: 088-570-014, -002, and -004.
