The time has come! Census 2020 kicks off in just a FEW DAYS! Can we count you in?

Starting Thursday, March 12, households will start to receive a notice in the mail with a unique code to fill out the census online for the first time ever. Make sure to count everyone living in your household as of April 1, 2020. Remember, your responses are confidential and will shape how much federal funding and civic representation Pittsburg gets for the next decade.

You can fill out the census online, by phone, or by mail. After April, the Census Bureau will begin sending out enumerators to follow up with households who haven’t responded. The Senior Center at 300 Presidio Lane in Pittsburg is a Questionnaire Assistance Kiosk (QAK). If you don’t have access to the internet, you can go to this QAK to use the computer to fill out the form online. Visit the center between April 1, 2020 through July 15, 2020 (Mon – Fri, 9am-2pm).
