The City has released a Notice of Availability for the 2018 Alves Ranch Project Draft Supplemental Environmental Impact Report (SEIR). The Draft SEIR describes the proposed project and its potential environmental effects.

Written public comments on the Draft EIR will be accepted during the public review period, beginning on Wednesday, March 27, 2019, and continuing through Friday, May 10, 2019. All comments on the Draft SEIR must be received no later than 5:00 pm on May 10, 2019.

Instructions for providing comments on the Draft SEIR are included in the Notice of Availability. The Notice of Availability, Draft SEIR, and appendices can be downloaded from the project's webpage. Hardcopies of the Draft SEIR are also available for review at the City of Pittsburg Planning Division (65 Civic Avenue, Pittsburg) and Pittsburg Library (80 Power Avenue, Pittsburg).

The City will also accept comments on the Draft EIR at a public comment meeting, to be held on April 16, 2019, at 6:00 PM, at Pittsburg City Hall (65 Civic Avenue, Pittsburg).
