The City's Payment Center at City Hall will be closed for the holidays from December 23, 2016 through January 2, 2017. Limited services will be available during this period. For water emergencies and water service, call (925) 252-4936.
Please note that water service turn on requests must come from property owners, not tenants. A Holiday Turn On Request form must be completed for each new service, and includes the service address, property owner name and contact telephone number, as well as a signature from the property owner. The form from City staff must be signed by the property owner before water service is turned on. Once water service is established, it is important that new customers come to the Cashier Window at City Hall, 65 Civic Avenue, on January 3, 2017 (Tuesday) before 12:00 p.m. (noon) to officially establish a water account with the City.
