Notice Inviting Bids - PW80724-SM

The City of Pittsburg (“City”) will accept bids for its San Marco Blvd. Median Renovation Project #PW80724-SM (“Project”), by or before August 7, 2024  at 2:00 p.m., by email to Natasha Farmer at NFarmer@pittsburgca.gov and Bryan Ballardo BBallardo@pittsburgca.gov or sealed bid can be mailed. 

Location and Description.  The Project is located at San Marco Blvd from Leland South to the end of the street near Rio Verde Circle, and is described as follows:

Prepare area for soil amendment and planting, install soil amendment based on soil analysis, convert the existing irrigation to a drip system, and install new plant material and top dressings as per plans (plans available San Marco Median Renovation Plans)

The project must be fully completed by December 14, 2024

Estimated start date: September 23, 2024

Bidder's conference: July 16, 2024 at 10:00 a.m.

All Bids must be received on August 7, 2024 by 2:00 p.m.
