RE: RFQ for On-Call CEQA/NEPA Consulting Services
The City of Pittsburg’s Planning Division wishes to establish a list of qualified environmental consulting firms to assist with the preparation of environmental assessments under the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) and the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) for land use development projects.
The City is requesting qualification information from environmental consulting firms and intends to select up to ten (10) qualified firms who will be placed on an official list of qualified consultants to be called upon to provide assistance with preparing environmental assessments on an as-needed, project-by-project basis.
The attached RFQ provides details of the requirements including qualification criteria and application and review process.
All proposals must be received by the City of Pittsburg Planning Division no later than 4:00 p.m. on Friday, September 30th, 2022.
