The City of Pittsburg is pleased to announce the comment period for the Housing Element Review (2nd Draft) is open. In response to additional comments from HCD, the following updated 6th Cycle Housing Element (2nd Draft) is available for public review. The revisions in the document are from the previous Housing Element Final Review draft, which was sent to HCD in May 2023. In response to preliminary comments made by HCD regarding the Final Review draft, the City has made additional non-substantive revisions to the Housing Element. These latest revisions are shown in blue underlined text throughout the document.
