The Recreation Department is calling all ghosts, ghouls, goblins, Avengers, ballerinas and more to come drive through the 2nd annual Halloween Bash Costume Car Cruise and Canned Food Drive on Saturday, October 30th starting at 1pm. 

Put on your costumes, bring a non-perishable food item, and drive down to City Hall for candy and other goodies this Halloween.  You can even decorate your car for more fun!
