A 'Notice of Availability' for the 2018 Alves Ranch Project, Draft Supplemental Environmental Impact Report (SEIR) has been released for public review. The Draft SEIR describes the proposed project and its potential environmental effects.
The City will accept oral comments on the Draft SEIR at this public comment meeting, scheduled for April 16, 2019, at 6:00 PM, at Pittsburg City Hall (65 Civic Avenue, Pittsburg) in the 1st Floor Conference Room 4B.
Written public comments on the Draft SEIR will also be accepted during the entire public review period, beginning on Wednesday, March 27, 2019, and continuing through Friday, May 10, 2019. All written comments on the Draft SEIR must be received no later than 5:00 pm on May 10, 2019.
